Why use CNC machining on a laser-cut part?
Laser cutting efficiently defines the overall shape, but it cannot produce partial-depth features such as counterbores, chamfers, or precision threads. CNC machining adds these blind or high-accuracy features with ± 0.001" precision, delivering the optimal balance of laser speed and machining accuracy.
How do you ensure quality on complex machined parts?
Graphie acts as the single point of accountability. Regardless of machining complexity — 3-axis or 5-axis — every component is verified against engineering drawings and tolerance requirements before delivery. This simplifies quality assurance for our customers and ensures consistent results across production runs
