Can you cut gaskets with adhesive on one side?
Yes. We can apply high-strength 3M transfer tapes to materials like Neoprene or Silicone before cutting. This allows your team to install the gaskets quickly (peel-and-stick) without needing liquid glue.
Do you offer prototyping for gaskets?
Absolutely. Because we use digital cutting technology (knife cutting) rather than steel rule dies, there is no tooling cost. We can cut 5 prototypes for you to test fit on your housing before you order a production run of 1,000 units.
How do I know which material to pick (Poron vs. Neoprene)?
It depends on your application. If you need low cost and oil resistance, choose Neoprene. If you need a seal that will never "flatten out" permanently under pressure, Poron Urethane is the superior choice. Our team can help guide you based on your temperature and compression requirements.
